Types of Indrayani rice

  • Unpolished Indrayani rice: Retains the natural goodness of the rice grain, including vitamins and minerals
  • Single polished Indrayani rice: Removes about 10-15% of the bran layer, leaving the inner layers intact
  • Brown Indrayani rice: A semi-polished variety of Indrayani rice
